When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. For pre-orders, items will ship to arrive as close to the official release date as possible. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is in transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our records and merchandise worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery to their specific country.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on defective or damaged media within 30 days of purchase. Due to the limited nature of our pressings, we cannot offer returns on opened, non-defective vinyl or apparel that has been worn or washed.
My vinyl arrived warped or damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen during transit. If your record is damaged, please email our support team with your order number and photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Unfortunately, our automated fulfillment system processes orders individually. We are unable to combine separate orders or add items to an existing order once it has been placed.
Are your vinyl releases limited editions?
Many of our releases feature limited edition color variants and deluxe packaging. These are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a specific color variant is sold out, it is generally not repressed in that same colorway.
