At Sacred Bones Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your items, we offer a 30-day return window for most merchandise and unopened media.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange the item.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are protected from warping and that apparel remains unworn and unwashed.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
